If Miracles occur, which they don't, this would be one.

We are finally going to close on our house and move in! It took us no less than 2.5 months from the time the bank accepted our offer until closing. 6 weeks of which were spent in a trailer and one week in a truck. Well as you can imagine that was all spectacular but I guess we have to live in a house now, what a bore. It was a lot more fun bitching about being homeless. The grass is always greener they say.
P.S. There is no such thing as a miracle, only events we don't possess the ability to fathom or have never witnessed before, a miracle is therefore not a violation of natural laws - OR - god made nature and the laws that govern it, a miracle is a violation of natural law, therefore a miracle is a violation of god's law. Either way, whether you believe in god or not you can't believe in miracles. For more on Miracles see David Hume, Of Mirales, An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding, and/or Baruch Spinoza, On Miracles, Tractatus.
